We appreciate that total elimination of occurrences, incidents and accidents is unachievable. Preparing for the unthinkable is challenging, but it is an important part of our culture at CityLink. In order to deal with unfortunate events, we have developed a comprehensive EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN (ERP). We believe it’s better to be prepared for something that doesn’t happen than be unprepared for when something that does.
