1. EXPECTANT MOTHERS
Uncomplicated Single or Multiple Pregnancies - 28 weeks and earlier
No assessment certificate is required. However, an assessment certificate from your doctor must be presented for your return flight if it is scheduled beyond the 28th week of your pregnancy.
Uncomplicated Single (29 to 36 weeks) or Uncomplicated Multiple pregnancies (29 to 32 weeks)
Provide your own doctor assessment certificate signed by your doctor stating:
Complicated pregnancy - 0 to 36 weeks
A letter from your doctor and an assessment certificate are required.
Miscarriage with active bleeding (Threatened or complete) - 0 to 36 weeks
A letter from your doctor and an assessment certificate are required.
New mothers - Within 7 days after birth
A letter from your doctor and an assessment certificate are required.
2. PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
CityLink provides special arrangements for passengers with reduced mobility with prior booking. Passengers with reduced mobility shall travel alone on CityLink as long as they are self-supporting on board. This means that:
CityLink requires that it be informed in advance of persons with reduced mobility, illnesses or old age. If such a person is unable to lift themselves, reach an emergency exit unaided, communicate with the crew and unfasten a seat belt; such persons must be accompanied by two persons who will assist them during embarking and disembarking the aircraft and in cases of an emergency.
3. BLIND, DEAF AND SPECIAL NEEDS PASSENGERS
Prior information is vital for these passengers with special needs. CityLink will provide assistance at check-in, boarding and departure.
4. UNACCOMPANIED MINOR
We’re happy to accept unaccompanied children on flights from the ages of 3 to 14.
From 3 to 5 years of age:
An CityLink staff accompanies the UM from check-in, until after the flight, meeting relatives of the UM.
We will only accept these UM in our direct flights with cabin crew on board. We shall not accept them in connecting flights.
From 6 to 14 years of age:
An CityLink Express staff accompanies the UM from check-in until after the flight, meeting relatives of the UM.

When dropping off the unaccompanied minor, the parent/guardian may NOT leave the airport until the following criteria are met:
Help through the airport
A customer service staff will meet your child and assist your child through a fast smooth and friendly check-in and will be with them all the way through the airport until we hand your child to our crew on board.
Priority boarding
Families and unaccompanied minors always board the plane first. That gives them more time to get settled, our cabin crew can help them to stow their hand luggage and make them comfortable.
Onboard care
To enhance their journey experience and make them feel at home, let us know whether they’d like to sit by the window or the aisle.
What is the fare for an unaccompanied minor?
Children aged 2 years to 11 years pay 70% of the adult fare.
How will I know that my child has arrived at the destination?
Whichever end of the journey you are at, you will be informed about the expected time of arrival. You must arrange for your child to be met at the airport or airstrip.
How will my child collect baggage(s) on arrival?
We will help your child with the bags through until he/she is met by you or your representative in the Arrival hall.
When picking up an unaccompanied minor, please arrive at the airport no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival.
